I approach client’s challenges from a cognitive-behavioural perspective. This means that therapy sessions involve examining thinking patterns that lead to emotional states, which in turn, is reflected in our behaviour. Changing the thinking around specific issues can result, not only in emotional changes, but behavioural changes as well.
