Wealth of Practical Experience
Since 1996, I have attained tremendous experience in a number of traditional and emerging areas of psychological practice. Subsequently, I made the decision to focus my practice in the treatment of anxiety and trauma disorders, as I now build more experience in these areas with focused training, continuous learning and the on-going provision of psychology services here in the National Capital.
My experience has been based on employment in a number of agencies over the years, such as Isaac Walton Killam Hospital for Children, Department of Alcohol and Drug Dependency - 28 Day Treatment Program, Eastern Ontario Young Offenders Services and the Aboriginal Women’s Support Center, as Clinical Supervisor and Senior Therapist for 7 years.
Full-time private practice commenced upon completion of registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) in 2004.

Continuous Learning, Development & Improvement
I regularly attend workshops and additional therapeutic training as the field of psychology evolves quickly and new treatment techniques are constantly developed and refined. This in turn increases the quality of service I provide for my clients.
Accreditation of the Highest Standards
As a member of the CPO, psychologists and psychological associates must meet rigorous professional entry requirements, adhere to prescribed standards, guidelines and ethical principles and participate in quality assurance activities to continually update and improve their knowledge and skill.
